Ease of contact is a primary factor that sets the best lenders apart from the worst.  Whether you’re interested in getting an initial pre-qualification, or you have a question an hour prior to closing, I provide simple and straight-forward communication.  You won’t get phone prompts or transferred from department to department – you’ll speak directly with me, every time, via whatever method is easiest for you.

We communicate in whatever way is best for you. I cringe when I see a big company soliciting business on Facebook, and when someone asks a question, their auto-response is for them to call. I understand that when a client reaches out to me via text, etc., they chose that option because that’s what’s most convenient for them. So that’s how I reply!

While I love speaking and meeting with my borrowers, I’ve closed many deals completely through email and text, and not speak to the borrowers live until we meet at the closing table!

My clients, and their agents, are always welcome to reach out to me over the phone, text, email, fax, or Facebook chat. I’m also glad to meet with clients face-to-face, at their office or mine, or a convenient Starbucks.
