We communicate in whatever way is best for you. I cringe when I see a big company soliciting business on Facebook, and when someone asks a question, their auto-response is for them to call. I understand that when a client reaches out to me via text, etc., they chose that option because that’s what’s most convenient for them. So that’s how I reply!
While I love speaking and meeting with my borrowers, I’ve closed many deals completely through email and text, and not speak to the borrowers live until we meet at the closing table!
