My priorities are the same as yours – getting every buyer into the right home, the right loan, and getting it all done on time. It’s cliche, but I understand communication is the key.
I can easily commit to the highest level of communication because I process my own files. This means I know exactly what’s going on with a loan, regardless of what stage it’s in. When an agent calls me, they never have to hear “I have to check with my processor who has to check with the set-up team, etc…”
